Hi Makers,
We will update this page and email all of you with a map of the event with vendor locations when we get closer to the event date.
Setup –
Saturday, October 17th – 8 AM to 9:50 AM. Make sure your booth is ready by 9:50 AM. Your tables and chairs will be provided and will already be set up in your designated location. Each vendor space is roughly 8 x 5 ft.
Load IN –
If your booth is located outside in the plaza area or in the front lobby area of the library, you should load in at the PLAZA UNLOADING area in our parking lot from Goodwood Blvd. See page 1 of the map for more details.
If your booth is located further inside the library or on the second floor, you should load in through our LOADING DOCK from Independence Blvd. Set your GPS for 7800 Independence Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA which will bring you to the BREC Independence Park Theatre parking lot. This brings you to the back of the Main Library to our loading dock area. Here are some pictures to show how to get to our loading dock:
Parking –
Once you have unloaded, please move your vehicles to the BREC Independence Park Theatre parking lot at 7800 Independence Blvd. You can then enter the library through our loading dock.
Load OUT –
The faire lasts until 4pm. Please plan to stay the whole time. Please begin packing up at 4pm and load out by 5pm.
Food –
There will be multiple food trucks on site for meal purchase. We will also provide water and snacks throughout the day.
Please keep our Library beautiful! If you would like to hang things on the wall, you must use a non-marking option such as blue painter’s tape or gaffing tape.
