Warren Kron

Over the last 19 years, Warren's public service experience has been focused on the development of an enterprise geographic information system (GIS) program, and this effort has played a key role in the City-Parish's shift to Open Data. He earned a bachelor's degree of landscape architecture from the Louisiana State University Robert Reich School of Landscape Architecture. Warren is a certified GIS Professional (GISP) and currently serves as the chairman of Louisiana GIS Council (LGISC).

Fran Harvey

Dedicated to fostering outreach and education in schools using and applying Remote Sensing (RS) science and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technologies in real world applications. LARSGIS Institute approved by Louisiana Workforce Investment Council as an Accredited Agency to train Louisiana students for an Industry-Based Certification (IBC) program in Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
